Welcome to the Oxford Statistical Genomics Summer School! This page contains resources we'll be using on Day one (Monday).

This site is at tinyurl.com/2ph8cpt5.

Things to do:

• Please register at statgenschool.bmrc.ox.ac.uk. (Further instructions can be found here.)

(You can choose a username / password - not your SSO.)

• Please download IGV desktop app on your laptop. (For the practical we will use the 'Human (GRCh38/hg38)' reference.)

After the coffee we will start on the practicals:

• Day 1 Morning session: Go to the next generation sequence data analysis page.

• Day 1 Late morning session: Go to the Guess the dataset page.

• Day 1 Afternoon session: Go to the variant calling analysis page.
