As the Head of Quality Assurance, I am responsible for ensuring that risk management, validation activities, and all distribution processes meet the stringent expectations of global regulatory authorities, including the MHRA, FDA, EMA, and ICH. My role is central to safeguarding product quality, patient safety, and full compliance across the organisation.
I lead the investigation of deviations, OOS/OOT results, and all quality‑impacting events, ensuring that robust RCA and effective CAPA actions are implemented and fully documented, maintaining the highest standards of R&D integrity.
With extensive experience in Advanced Therapy Development, I have provided strong support to QP, QM, and PM, helping them meet EU/UK, GxP certification.
I bring proven leadership and R&D oversight, driving quality excellence in fast‑paced, highly regulated pharmaceutical environments.
