Study
The CHG provides a supportive and collaborative environment for all its students, nurturing their intellectual, technical and personal development. Please browse these pages for opportunities for graduate study. The Centre promotes gender equality through a programme of policies and activities, and recognises the demands of combining work, family and other responsibilities. Members of the CHG community enjoy a variety of opportunities for communication, collaboration and social interaction.
Location and Facilities
The Centre is administratively part of the Nuffield Department of Clinical Medicine of the University of Oxford. It is housed in the Henry Wellcome Building of Genomic Medicine on the University's Biomedical Research Campus in Headington. A number of other research institutes and three teaching hospitals nearby provide opportunities for academic and clinical interactions. The Centre has its own busy cafeteria as well as seminar and meeting rooms. There are shops in Headington within walking distance, and the centre of Oxford is a short bus or cycle ride away.
