My expertise and interests lie in the application of the latest cutting-edge technologies to Investigate single-cells & tissue on a multi-omic level. Such as:  Genomics, Epigenomics, Transcriptomics and Proteomics.

And more recently this quest for multi-layered analysis of single cell populations I have expanded to In-Situ (Spatial) Transcriptomics at a sub-cellular level using Xenium Instrument by 10x Genomics.
