Yanxia Wu

PhD

Technology Platforms Manager and Senior Scientist

I am a member of the OMICS Technology Platforms Group (TPG), which evaluates and introduces cutting-edge OMICS technologies to Oxford, while providing expert guidance for various projects.

Collaborating closely with researchers, I focus on developing, refining, and implementing innovative methods that hold significant interest for the scientific community. My primary interest lies in advancing techniques to measure isoform diversity, with the goal of reducing or even eliminating barriers to their application at single-cell and spatial resolutions. This work ultimately strives to bring us closer to constructing a comprehensive isoform map of human tissues.
