I am a joint student between the Lindgren Group and MRC Harwell with Ann Marie Mallon. My main focus is utilising image analysis techniques in order to detect phenotypes. My current focus is using and developing a multi-stage group-wise registration process in order to detect novel phenotypes in the international mouse phenotyping consortium (IMPC) E18.5 lethal and subviable pipeline. I am also working with placenta histology images from the DMDD using automated methods for cellular phenotyping  where we are extracting features and characteristics from imaged cells to understand disease and drug mechanisms.
