NEW WHG Director

Professor John Todd FRS will be taking over as Director of the Wellcome Centre for Human Genetics from Monday 15th July 2019.   John will be taking forward the broader strategic plans for the centre as well as the leading its day to day activities and focusing on staff development.  His appointment has been made following consultation with the wider University and the Wellcome Trust.  He will be supported by Sue Wilson, as the Centre Business Manager, and by Pete Bond as the Director of Finance & Operations.  The department owes a huge debt of gratitude to Yvonne Jones who will continue her leadership role in STRUBI and as a member of the departmental management team.
