My Research
I am clinical research fellow and neurology registrar training in Oxford. I am interested in the role of inflammation and the immune system in mediating neuropsychiatric disorders including autoimmune encephalitis. I am particularly interested in modelling these disorders using human stem cell models to understand specific pathophysiological mechanisms and thereby identify novel therapeutic targets, ultimately serving to improve patient outcomes. Additionally, I am keen to help bridge the gap between neurology and psychiatry from both research and clinical perspectives.
