NGS library preparation
NGS library preparation
Our team comprises of senior lab members from the former Oxford Genomics Centre. We offer comprehensive expertise to support and train scientists with the latest techniques and methodologies for short and long-read sequencing in the multi-omics space. Additionally, we can work closely with you to develop and/or implement custom or new library preparation solutions.
Alternatively, our lab can provide access to equipment to facilitate high-throughput library preparation both manually and with automation.
We perform a broad range of RNA methods including, but not limited to: PolyA, Ribosomal/Globin depletion, small RNA, Iso/MAS-seq (PacBio Kinnex), low-input, single cell and challenging samples. For DNA, we perform whole-genome, targeted methods (Twist or IDT) and amplicon sequencing such as 16S on both Illumina and PacBio platforms.
