Our team offers comprehensive support and training to empower scientists with the latest techniques and methodologies for Illumina and PacBio sequencing. Additionally, we can work closely with you to develop and/or implement custom or new library preparation solutions.
Alternatively, our lab can provide access to equipment to facilitate high-throughput library preparation both manually and with automation.
We perform a broad range of RNA methods including PolyA, Ribo/Globin depletion, small RNA, Iso/MAS-seq (PacBio Kinnex), low-input, single cell and challenging samples. For DNA, we perform whole-genome sequencing (Illumina and PacBio), exome (Twist or IDT) and targeted methods.
