Instrument Bookings

 

Prior to making a booking all users must undergo internal training on the use of the instrument in order to achieve proficiency in independent machine operation. Instruments currently available to book:

  • Chromium Controller
  • Chromium X
  • Beckman i5
  • MiSeq
  • Nextseq

This list is no exhaustive, if there is equipment you would like to use please contact us for more information. We can offer lab space and equipment for high-throughput library preparation.

Once training is complete you should create an ARIA account  https://instruct-eric.org as detailed in the linked file below.

TPG Instrument Booking Procedure

You can cancel any booking up to 24 hours before the booking slot. After this you will have to contact a member of the department to cancel your booking.

Lastly, if you are unsure about anything, just ask a member of the core for advice.
